  Went here on my lunch break to get change for my yard sale and they said they could not help me because they're only teller was on lunch. And then laughed at me as I left.

  I recently had a very unacceptable/inconvenient experience at this branch. I was my first time ever going to this branch, I was making a deposit into my husband's account, and I literally waited in line for over 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. One of the major reasons it took so long is because (during lunch hours 12-2pm when everyone goes to lunch while at work to make a deposit/transaction) their was only ONE teller, working the drive-thru and the inside of the bank. ONE teller, this completely unacceptable. Then to make matters worst, there was a customer in front of me making 10 different deposits with ten different deposit slips in ten different envelops, are you serious, and the ONE teller didn't ask for help from the person upfront, or step in the back and ask someone to come out and help really quickly, nothing, needless to say I will not return to this branch or recommend it to others, because if they think its ok to have ONE teller during PEAK HOURS I don't want to give them my business because they do not value my time.

  This is my bank for 20+ years. They just started charging $120.00 per year to keep a checking account with them. Not happy about that
