  Terrible. Just Terrible. It begins when you arrive at this office and there are no employees or any direction provided so clients or customers were standing around confused and asking one another which of the many unmarked lines they should stand in. Once a customer manages to figure out which line to stand in their are directed to a long line to await document verification. This turns out to be a total waste of close to a half an hour of the customers time because the documents verification representative did nothing as the end result is that after waiting three hours I arrive finally before representative who advised that my documents were not appropriate. What a colossal waste of customers time and lack of respect for the value of anyone else's time the manager was terrible offered no recourse and even the clerks could not agree upon what documents were appropriate direct result of themselves and confused so I don't know what should be expected of a customer. One representative told us that our documents were fine the next representative said no this particular representative seem to be determined not to allow us to process a state ID so she called the colossal waste of time manager over who also agreed that the documents were inappropriate perhaps it would be helpful if the staff could be properly trained and if the manager could run a smoother operation. I was just at a different Secretary of State office last week and everything went smoothly it was much better run the lines were not so long and people were not confused this manager is the pits.

  Most of them are nice .Especially Tisha madam,she is so nice, respectable and ready to attend everyone with a smiley face...Definitely give five star for Tisha madam's professional and courteous manner.But there is one other lady who dont have any kind of respect to me...was sooooo rude.......i dont want disclose her name actually.....leave it...
